1. Why pre-order?
Pre-order is your priority pass.
It helps us guarantee immediate shipment to you on release, and gauges the demands of this webshop for reserving stock before we ship to distributors.

2. Why it is free?
We are very glad that you are ordering directly from us, we are not a retailer so we don’t need your full payment or partial deposit to buy from any distributors.
And a free pre-order is equally valid.

3. How does it work?
After placing a pre-order, you can cancel it any time before the release date from the Orders menu in My Account.
If you changed your mind, please cancel the order before the release date, since the pre-order could no longer be canceled after that.
Upon release, an email will be sent to you for completing the order, the pre-order will be closed 7 days after the release date.
And to better serve our valued customers with this webshop and avoid abusing the order system, customers who have pre-ordered but failed to complete the order will receive a warning, after three warnings, we will have to suspend the account, your understanding is much appreciated.
