Replacement Part Service Policy

1, Send an email to magicsquaretoys@gmail.com to communicate the issue and confirm the parts you need are available with our staff, in the email, please include order ID, purchase source (if not from our website), your name, photos and descriptions of the problem.

2, Magic Square Toys website customers could request replacement parts for one time with free shipping within 30 days after delivery, and once your requested parts are confirmed through email communication with magicsquaretoys@gmail.com, they will be sent to you free of charge.
The customer could still choose to ship the parts with the next purchase, in this case, 120 points will be rewarded to the customer’s account.

3, For website customers, further requests or the requests after 30 days; and customers who bought our products elsewhere, pre-owned included, have two options to order replacement parts:

• A, Request to ship with the next purchase, rewards points are not applicable in this scenario.
• B, Pay for shipping: after confirming the availability of the replacement parts through email, place an order here with your shipping address, the shipping fee is calculated with a 100 grams item according to carrier’s minimal shipment requirement, replacement parts are shipped to all supported countries.

4, Replacement parts are always free of charge to everyone.
