Pre-Order Information
Thank you for your interest in this product. This is a free pre-order item.

1. Why pre-order?

A pre-order acts as your Priority Pass. It helps us reserve stock for you and ensures priority shipment upon release. It also helps us estimate demand before allocating inventory to distributors.
Your free pre-order provides the information we need to prepare export documents, produce shipping slips, and pre-package inventory in advance, helping us significantly reduce the overall shipping time for your completed order upon launch.

2. Why is it free?

We appreciate customers who order directly from us. As a manufacturer, we do not require a deposit or full payment to reserve your item, so a free pre-order is equally valid. And we work with Unique Toys closely to provide early shipment and faster delivery to pre-order customers.

3. How does it work?

a. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the release date through My Account > Orders. If you no longer wish to purchase the item, please cancel before release, as preparation will begin based on confirmed Priority Pass reservations.
b. Once the product is released, you will receive an email with a link to complete your purchase. Your Priority Pass guarantees priority access and remains valid for 10 days after release.
c. If you decide not to purchase the item, we kindly ask that you cancel your Priority Pass before release. Each Priority Pass requires preparation from our team, including inventory planning, shipping preparation, and export documentation. Repeatedly reserving products without completing purchases may affect future Priority Pass eligibility.
