Please read the replacement part service guide before placing an order of the replacement parts.

1, Replacement parts are always free of charge to everyone, replacement parts are NOT for sale.

2, Replacement parts are for FACTORY FLAWS ONLY, artificial damages are not eligible for requesting replacement parts.

3, Send an email to magicsquaretoys@gmail.com to communicate the issue and confirm the parts you need are available with our service staff, in the email, please include:
Your Name;
Your Order ID;
Purchase record that indicates your purchase is brand new (only needed when your purchase is from other sources);
Photos and descriptions of the issue;

4, Magic Square Toys website customers could request replacement parts for one time with free shipping within 30 days after delivery, and once your requested parts are confirmed through email communication with magicsquaretoys@gmail.com, they will be sent to you independently, and you don’t need to place an order here.
Customers could still choose to ship the parts with the next purchase like before.

5, For website customers, further requests or the requests after 30 days; and customers who bought our products elsewhere (pre-owned NOT included), have two options to order replacement parts:

• A, Request to ship with your next purchase.
• B, Pay for shipping: after confirming the availability of the replacement parts through email, place an order here with your shipping address, the shipping fee is calculated with a 100 grams item according to carrier’s minimal shipment requirement, replacement parts are shipped to all supported countries.
