On this page, you can easily monitor your order’s journey from our factory to your doorstep.
Given our export and operation model, please note the following during order tracking:

Pre-shipment: This stage involves all the preparation before your order is dispatched internationally, including packing, transit from the factory to the international shipping facility, assignment of a tracking number, and lastly, customs clearance. Pre-shipment typically takes 1-4 working days.

Tracking Information Looping/Stays Unchanged: If your order tracking information appears to loop or remain unchanged while the status is “In Transit,” it means your order is being transferred internationally but has not yet reached the destination country. Once it arrives and clears customs, the tracking information will update to reflect its route with timestamps, nodes, and locations. This usually takes no more than 7-10 days.
